# Fastloop

I've been a technical lead at Fastloop, an AI consultancy, since May 2026. Client names stay private; the work below is described by what it does.

## Client work

- **Enterprise AI search.** Led a Gemini Enterprise implementation with custom agents, MCP servers and connectors into the client's construction systems. It finished under time and under budget, a first for the company.
- **Document generation, rebuilt.** A client had rejected an earlier solution. I rebuilt it from scratch: a native Word and PDF engine with conditional and repeating content, signatures and financial calculations, CRM integration with writeback, AI-assisted field mapping, and Cloud Run and PostgreSQL services with audit and release controls.
- **Sales and pricing systems.** Product and pricing data, quoting and sales enablement built on Claude.
- **Simulators for agents.** Deterministic simulations of enterprise systems (SQL, CRM, email, calendar and documents) so agents can build and verify workflows against something realistic. Six client scenarios, each with independent correctness checks.

## Internal tooling

- A Claude Code plugin of skills and agents used across the team.
- A memory layer that keeps lessons learned across agent sessions.
- A time-tracking tool that drafts worklogs from local evidence.

I also help the team adopt AI for engineering and delivery.
